Double check your driver's. Driver have a unique interaction with the CPU that results in system failure when they encounter an error.
As for the memory issues, I can't think of a solution. Windows can be irrevocably damaged by spyware and viruses to the point that it requires a complete format, as opposed to repair.
You can also check all your connections, including unseating the CMOS battery, as well as your fans. But these are basic things that may or may not work.
