Question for the computer tech-savvy...

I've keep getting a message from my Norton AntiVirus software stating that it has "detected and blocked an intrusion attempt." When I click on the warning, this is what comes up:

Intruder: 10.3.65.16.(2121).
Risk Level: High.
Protocol: TCP.
Attacked IP: TOSAxxxxxxxx(xx.x.xx.xx).
Attacked Port: netbios-ssn(139).


This happens about every 30 minutes. Others in my dorm have recieved the message as well. What am I dealing with here and how can I get rid of it?

Any help is appreciated.
