Go to the run command (Start menu > run), and type in dxdiag

It is the direct X diagnostics program, and provided you are using direct x (it's a windows PC, so all but a sure thing), it will tell you the amount of RAM on the card (which isn't the speed by the way:) under the display tab. Bear in mind, a G400 is a pretty old card, and will be pretty slow in most things, especially anything using modern 3D.
