They've been around for a while...

really nothing fancy about anyone producing desktop machines these days. They're all pretty much a different shell and a different telephone line for support, but otherwise they all rate pretty much identically. Most of your warranty is going to come from the retailer, not the manufacturer...Generally parts die earlier rather than later, so the chance of you getting warranty related issues after Best Buy is out of the picture is relatively low...

I'd say they rate on par with E-machines, Micron or any other ok dealer that's not the big 3 (IBM/Lenovo, HP, and Dell)
