      Here's what the owner of Superflow had to say when questioned about it: The testing with a dynamometer surely could be done. The speeds and power levels
      are possible to test with rather conventional equipment, but it seems that
      nobody has wanted to fund such a project. The technology has been in place for
      years.

      My speculation is that because the dynamometer wouldn't be slipping like either
      a clutch or the tires that the level of early engine destruction would be high
      until different tuning approaches were used.
