Sounds like fuel injectors, OR. . .

The fuel pump itself is leaking the pressure.
I've seen that on a few pumps. Never on a new one, but it's possible.
It's kind of hard to tell if the injectors are leaking, since they're buried in the intake. Is the car running noticeably rich? That's often an indication of leaky injectors.
Although, if you don't notice any leaks and can't smell anything, and it's not giving you any problems, I honestly would not bother with it. It's too much of a hassle.
