      If anyone is interested, I have just removed a almost brand new DMP XR-20 Alarm panel from a house and replaced it with a new panel. If anyone is interested here are the specs.
      1) XR20 panel.
      2) Keypads
      1) 12v 7ah battery
      1) relay output board
      user, programming and installation manuals and lockout codes included.
