      i'm assuming you mean 'how do you make (paintball) stuff outta delrin.' my short answer would be with machine tools such as a mill and a lathe. i absolutely LOVE delrin. with sharp tooling and the right feeds, it machines like buttah. almost as easily as teflon.

      anyways, i'd say stick with plain delrin. it'll suit bolts and junk just fine and it's pretty damn cheap to boot.
