I am learning to be childrens vent, magician,storyteller ect variety performer I believe that children are the best audience any vent could ever wish for..Can you give me any tips from your personal experience the hows whys and where fores in regards to doing a top notch show...

Art and performing is not a science and there are no rules. Let the audience tell you if you are on the right track. If they laugh, consistently, and enjoy it repeatedly then you are doing something right.I alway let the audience determine if something stays or gets cut. Try it Five times, by then you have enough reaction to judge.
