It's going to be a very interesting offseason but the prospects of a better season next year look pretty good. Yes questions will loom over our starting quarterback, but at least with AVP's solid performance in 2001 we assure ourselves at least a measure of competency at quarterback. Our defense came together quite well in the 2nd half of 2001 and showed it has the ability to keep the Bills in many football games. If our offense can just manage some consistency, the Bills just might be hanging around in the 'pack' of teams vying for the final playoff spots next year. If the Rams can go from 4-12 to the Super Bowl in one year, it's possible the Bills can go from 3-13 to the playoffs.
REGARDLESS, there will still be Bills fans at LoDo's watching the games. Although we thinned out considerably towards the end of the year (boo!), there were still at least a dozen or so Bills fans who came out to watch the games week after week - even when things were most dismal. Huge Cheers to you guys for your efforts. Anyone can cheer the Bills when they're winning but it's the true fans who support them when they're not.
