Our bodies contain billions of cells that sre constantly sending information from one to another . Meanwhile the Earth is projecting a constant flow of information though it;s electro-magnetic field. It tells us of the natural rhythms that influence biological life from which most of us have become completely disconnected.
This information should be telling us when to sleep, when to have a bowel movement and when we are hungry among other mundane functions.

It also tells us of changes coming such as the great tsunami of 2004 which inundated eleven countries. More than 150,000 people died while the elephants, with ultra sensitive feet through which they receive a great deal of information, ran to high ground in advance of the catastrophic waves.

Nature is constantly speaking to us. In return, the Earth receives her information from the cosmos the creative force and the guiding intelligence that dictates our cyclical natures of expansion and contraction of consciousness.

Did Animals Sense Tsunami Was Coming?

January 4, 2005

Before giant waves slammed into Sri Lanka and India coastlines ten days ago, wild and domestic animals seemed to know what was about to happen and fled to safety.

According to eyewitness accounts, the following events happened:

• Elephants screamed and ran for higher ground.

• Dogs refused to go outdoors.

• Flamingos abandoned their low-lying breeding areas.

• Zoo animals rushed into their shelters and could not be enticed to come back out.

The belief that wild and domestic animals possess a sixth sense—and know in advance when the earth is going to shake—has been around for centuries.

Wildlife experts believe animals' more acute hearing and other senses might enable them to hear or feel the Earth's vibration, tipping them off to approaching disaster long before humans realize what's going on.

The massive tsunami was triggered by a magnitude 9 temblor off the coast of northern Sumatra island on December 26. The giant waves rolled through the Indian Ocean, killing more than 150,000 people in a dozen countries.

Relatively few animals have been reported dead, however, reviving speculation that animals somehow sense impending disaster.

As electric Beings encased in a dense physical being, it's imperative that we keep our connection with the sun. Sadly however, the sun has been demonised by our medical industry as well as some of our cultures. So the population avoids the Sun, cutting us off from one of the most powerful sources of health and consciousness for our planet.

The Health Benefits of Sunlight

Researchers have started recognizing the importance of sunlight for a healthy lifestyle, recent studies reveal that sunlight renders many health benefits. Apart from Sunlight maintaining temperature and humidity, sunlight plays a significant role in nourishing and energizing the human body. It is also vital in order to get the full nutritional value from food that you consume and it has been proven that getting sufficient sunlight aids in preventing chronic ailments such as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), osteoporosis, mental depression, type 2 diabetes, and cancers affecting the bladder, breasts, cervix, colon, ovaries, prostrate, and the stomach. To put it more succinctly, sunlight serves as the perfect medicinal pill in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

One of the prime benefits of sunlight is that it supplies the body with Vitamin D, which not only promotes the absorption of calcium in the gut but also transfers calcium across the cell membranes. This in turn provides strength to the bones as well as contributes for a healthy nervous system by increasing the production of endorphins in the brain. Usually, deposits of cholesterol-like substances known as ergosterol can be found beneath the skin, which gets converted into Vitamin D hormones when the sunlight penetrates the skin.

Vitamin D also helps to lower the level of cholesterol in blood, and sunlight can even prevent the growth of cancerous tumors. Studies show that exposing your face to sunlight for 10 minutes every day can provide your body with the Vitamin D that is required for the day. A lack of Vitamin D is associated with a host of autoimmune ailments such as Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and thyroditis.

Another significant benefit of sunlight is that it helps in the prevention of infections resulting from bacteria, molds, and viruses. The health benefits of sunlight include the enhancement of the immune system by increasing the count of white blood cells as well as gamma globulin, which is beneficial in warding off viruses and germs and it enhances the capacity of red blood cells in carrying oxygen.
