first episode of MB from Evita again!

Thank u, Evita!

A lady has come to the convent to look for a maid. Padre Manuel takes her to the field
near the convent where boys are playing soccer, points at one of the most enthusiastic
players and tells the lady that that’s Milagros. But everyone calls her Cholito. He says
that Millie’s mother died at the delivery, and so she has grown up here. She’s looking for
a work because she turns 18 soon and she can’t stay at the convent anymore. Padre
Manuel is praising Milagros saying that she’s gentle and pretty and kind etc., but the lady
meanwhile is watching Millie knocking off the other team’s players to score a goal. It
seems that the lady doubts the words that Padre Manuel just said, especially when in the
time out Milagros approaches her and asks why the lady is starring at her that way.

In the mansion, Luisa is arguing with Federico. She reproaches him that he hasn’t spent
the night at home, and the previous night neither, but Federico says he can do whatever
he wants, he doesn’t have to give explanations to anyone. When Federico leaves the
room, Ivo sees his mother crying.

In the living room, Victoria is talking to her father. She says that she has a new driver,
Morgan. His real name is Rocky, but she will call him Morgan because she’s seen a movie
with a very good driver and his name was Morgan too.

After Federico has left, Ivo comes downstairs where Victoria is and Bobby, Ivo’s best
friend, comes too. He is in love with Victoria, but she doesn’t give a damn about him,
besides she can’t stand that she’s called “Vicky”.

In the kitchen, Ramon gives a flower to Socorro. She is very pleased.

At night in the convent, Mother superior tells Millie and Gloria go to bed. The girls lie
down as they’re told, but when Mother superior has gone, they light their lanterns and
start to dress to go to the bailanta (dance place). Gloria wants Millie to dress like a
normal girl, not like Cholito, and Millie puts on her red sexy miniskirt. When they come to
the bailanta, many fellows pay attention to Millie. When squeezing through the dancing
people, Millie runs into Ivo and he takes a fancy to Millie too. He wants to dance with
her, therefore he asks Bobby to dance with her friend (Gloria), but Millie doesn’t want to
dance with Ivo and she and Gloria both mix with others.

A little while later, Ivo and Bobby see Millie and Gloria dancing on the stage. A guy is
bothering Millie and Ivo wants to protect her, but Bobby doesn’t let them start a fight. So
Ivo goes away not even knowing Millie’s name. But Millie keeps on dancing and doesn’t
pay attention to guys almost fighting for her.

Federico is in Andrea’s apartment trying to kiss her, but she doesn’t allow him do it
saying that she doesn’t like to be only the second.

Bernardo is talking to Angelica, Federico’s mother, in her room. She thinks she should hire
a new detective, but Bernardo thinks it’s pointless because she’s already hired 15
detectives, all of whom didn’t find out anything, besides already 18 years have passed…
But Angelica is sure that her grandson and Bernardo’s sister couldn’t just disappear.

When Millie and Gloria are climbing through the window back to their room, they see
Mother superior already waiting for them. She is angry and tells Milagros that she’ll have
to leave the convent already the same week.

In the next morning, Federico comes home and goes to see his mother who wanted to
talk to him. Angelica is still worried about Rosario and her son, but Federico doesn’t want
to talk about that.

A soccer game takes place at the convent again and Cholito wants to participate very
much, but padre Manuel doesn’t allow her do that because only boys can participate in
the tournament. Millie would sell soda water to the supporters.

Ivo and Bobby have come, too, to watch the soccer game, because Bobby’s cousin is
playing. However, Ivo isn’t interested in it very much, he is hot and he wants to go away.
Bobby sees Cholito selling the soda water and tells Ivo to buy something for drinking
from that boy. Ivo thinks it’s a good idea. He goes to where Millie is and asks her one
glass soda water. Giving money, Ivo says: ‘Here you are, Carlitos’. Millie gets angry about
the fact that he called her like a boy and spits the water right into his face. Padre Manuel
comes to Millie and rates her, but Millie doesn’t think she did something bad and runs
away. Ivo asks padre Manuel if it was really a girl, and he confirms that. Bobby still can’t
believe it was a girl. But none of them even suspects that it’s the same girl they saw in
the bailanta last night.

After the game, Millie is telling Gloria about her parents. Her mother was found on the
street. She was ill and very depressed and didn’t say a single word while she was in the
convent. (Therefore Millie doesn’t know even her mother’s name.) After Millie’s birth, she
could only put on Millie the medallion with virgin Soledad and then died. This medallion is
the only thing Millie’s got from her mother. Millie doesn’t know anything about her father,
except that he is guilty of her mother’s death. Millie hates her father and wants to find
him in order to demand explanations.

Another lady has come to the convent to look for a maid. Mother superior takes Millie to
her, but the lady doesn’t like her clothes and manners and she prefers to look for the
maid somewhere else. Millie isn’t upset about that because she doesn’t want to leave the
convent.

Shareholders’ meeting takes place in the office. Federico has 40% shares, but Angelica,
Luisa and Damian each have 20% shares. Ivo is the representative of Angelica in the
meeting. In the meeting, Damian says he could buy a very good plot where they could
build a super market. Federico votes against, the rest votes for, so Damian will buy the
plot. Federico is angry at Ivo, and they argue again.

Damian is talking to his son Pablo who is sitting in his wheelchair all the time locked in
his room. Pablo is angry at his father because he thinks that Damian killed his mother
and his girlfriend. Damian was driving the car in drink when the accident happened. Pablo
misses very much his girlfriend and therefore he doesn’t want to leave his room.

Millie and Gloria are selling postcards on the street, and they have good luck. Millie offers
cards also to some drivers standing at the traffic, and one of the drivers turns out to be
Ivo. He recognizes “Carlitos”, but Millie, angry at Ivo again, hits his car doors and runs
away, Gloria after her. This time Ivo gets angry, too. He finds Millie at another crossing
and they have a talk. Ivo says she is very uncultured and calls her Carlitos again. Millie
says: “Don’t you see that I’m a girl?!” Then Ivo suddenly kisses Millie and says that he
did it to verify that she’s a girl. Millie puts her hands around Ivo’s neck as though she’s
going to kiss him, but instead she hits Ivo between his legs with her knee, and Ivo drops
down from pain. Millie smiling says that she did it to verify that he’s a man.
