      The reason why there is hardly any guest house around Kututu is that OilSearch wants to keep curious eyes to a minimum in seeing how little local development has come out of all those millions of barrels of oil. Please don't go over there then start reporting the fact that the Kutubu people have benefited so little out of such a massively valuable resource. OK?
