For a child in 2005, going into Minor Novice next year, what is the best case for a player that began the season on a Tier 2 team...was one of the bottom few players, but finished in the upper middle of the pack. For next year, would he benefit best from remaining in a Tier 2 team playing with a mix of better players and lesser players or moving down to a Tier 3 team and being closer to the top. I kind of think it is better to be with the better players in Tier 2, but don't know how to pick which club to go with knowing nothing about the particular coaches and how good their coaching and development will be. |
