FE 95s Maj. Mid

Would someone on the board please tell me why we don't have a coach for this team and it's the middle of July ? For all the years my son has played with this group they have always picked a coach by April, most of the time it was a parent(s) involved ,only 3 years have we had a non parent coach , one for 2 years and then last year , the coach we had last year was a decent guy , half decent practices ,players liked him and the staff because they are a younger than the other ones, the coach we had for 2 years was the only coach that taught my son how to play his position , taught team systems , were successful , but the board chased him out because he cut a player 2 months in because the kid wasn't trying , either one of these guys would be great to have again , please make a decision so i'm not wasting my money ! Let my son and the others have a decent coach for there last year , is that 2 much 2 ask ?
