He is only getting 35K unlike most other head coaches. And from what talent he is working with, he is earning his cheque. Without his hockey experience, this team would be last.

JV should not be permitted to coach this team again. He has shown in 2 seasons how pathetic a coach he is. The GM of the ORG needs to step in and replace him (if its not too late). The reputation of this organization is now associated with coaches that lie and are only concerned about $ (and a lot of it!!!!!). The quality of the team is second, or even, their third priority. practices are progressivley worse. But he will blame the "quality" of the players. Look in the mirror. Tired of people saying "your coach is a moron!!"

JV has a hockey school ,he gets kids from his teams to purchase classes then gives a kick back to the organization.

if he expects this team to progress, he needs to keep the a core. Not going to replace 17 kids (again). That's just stupid. Problem is that most of the current team won't stay even if asked. What does that tell you about the coaching??????
