Why is anyone surprised that this team is totally destroyed? I called this as the outcome over 5 years ago when I saw what this org. does with good teams. This is repetitive at all age groups. So, for those of you who don't believe this, look at the history of all teams going back from Atom level. Your answer will be blaring obvious. Most COW teams will be below .250 this year.

I told you this would happen. This ship was sinking since Minor Peewee. No BO, no coaching. When you pass up on a great goalie for a hometown rat, you get the boom town rats. This year, you have won as many games as you had lost in one season when you were in your hay-day. That I'd say is full circle. Karma is a b-itch. Looks good on the organization. You will have to fold next season. But it would not be the first time a COW team folded. What a development model you have up there.

There was a Goalie out of UXB, initials AB. He was solid. One of the best at this age group. I am not his father. Just calling it as I see it. The problem was, the little guy they chose to use in net had too many ties with the association. So, they would not make the necessary change. Now, that he has not grown since Novice, and the reality being what it is, they are talking about a change. Well, if you cut that kid, there will be problems with the parents. BTW, has your goalie been able to touch the cross bar while standing yet?

The goalie who let 13 goals in two games will not be in the crease next season period.The association wants change for next season,starting at the back end.

BB would have made this team a force to recon with. Especially this year which is most special for the boys who knows what championships were all about. RB, JJ, BJ, KL,BO all destroyed this team. Many of the good players are gone. With the right coaching, this team would have been dominant in any league. It will be tough for BB to pick up the pieces and turn this team around. BB is one of the best coaches out there. He knows all his players and the skills they bring to the team. More importantly, he is great with all the kids. He will give every kid the opportunity to succeed. Yes, he is a parent coach. His kid can play on this team. Otherwise, COW would not offer him the job.

BB Good luck next season. You really need this team for 2 yrs with this team to take them to the top. You will compete next year for the first time in 3 or 4 yrs.
