Everyone knows a non parent coach with assistant coaches are the best situation to be in. See why best players leave NT after a season and maybe two. Other than the weaker players all top talent except for the coaches sons have been turned over. NT gets an "A" for recruitment and being well located in the heart of the city.

NT club does a better job of running the rink than the city does. Always clean and fullly utilized.

NT club doesn't run the rink.

NT will be okay next season. They kept a enough of a core to still be competitive.
Most of their pick-ups chose NT as their 2nd or third choice to play.
NYK and HC are the two teams to look out for. Both made great pick-ups while HC built a team of this calibre form scratch). MI will fizzle off as some of their core group jumped ship to NYK.

After that its anyone's call

This thread is a lot of crap. First 4 left NT for HC, two by choice, two who didn't have a choice. All four kids are good kids and the NT parents only wish them well in their new team. Second, NW is the head coach not RS. Third NT parents don't engage in this stuff so all you have here is a couple of former NT parents spinning out of control and setting the pace for a great season next year in their new home. It is really too bad that people hid behind this website to spin their venom. It is like leaving a team and trying to solicit all the other parents to join them seemingly behind the team's back, who would do that? Good luck to all next year and regardless who wins, I hope everyone has a good season, it sure will be an interesting one.

While this thread may be crap, so is your entire statement

First, all four left the team to move on to something better. How they left is really irrelevant and the fact that you would phrase it as such , only points to someone tryihg to create even more friction.
Secondly NW is the coach- then someone on your team should point that out to him . Thirdly, I know no NT parent that would engage in this behaviour because I know there all to busy going to church and lastly and most importantly I am not a former NT parent (lets just say I'm one of the clowns in the stands), but am very familiar with the antics of RS, as are about a million other people, none of whom would set foot on your team , knowing full well that he is there.
