Kids played great! Best performance I've seen from Canadian kids in 25 years. Forwards were dangerous, midfield was inventive, dogged and dominated possession, backline was hard to play against, goalie there when needed.

They also weren't intimidated by the Americans, dictating play and loved the anger in their young winger when he got sent off. He was pissed, throwing the offical the single finger salute.

Canada actually made 7 changes from the 1st game where they tied El Salvador. Not sure what their coach was doing, as the line-up vs. the US was stronger in every respect. At the same time, they didn't have a ton of time together, so this is probably a result of playing together longer.

The Americans were absolutely stunned by the Canadians. I LOVED it!

The best part was seeing Teal Bunbury who could have played for Canada be completely ineffective, and get subbed out early in the 2nd half because the Yanks needed to score! Priceless.
