coaches sent out a welcome letter to players from last year from the tone of the letter lots of changes for the better. Alot of worried parents no sucking up to the coaches to get their kid on the team this year. Imagine that a fair shake with non parent coaches!!!

My kid goes to school with a few from that 97 team. Most of those Kids think they are true AAA players and they don't have any problems telling everyone else how great they are. I sure hope B doesn't fall prey to those chosen few dads and picks the team according to talent and work ethic not on who the dads think should be on the team and who doesn't.

The non parent coach for the last two years was a joke. First year picking the team not really his fault because he didn't really know the local kids and he listen to a few dads that think their kids are superstars and don't want someone to outshine their kids. The second year he didn't even try to make any changes, didn't approach any others to tryout so he is to blame for getting the same crap that only won him 9 games this year.

If the Windsor AAA team casts off 5 players to Chatham and is beaten twice in the playoffs by Chatham then is it not self evident that sending these players to Chatham was a bad idea. One third of the team is Windsor cuts so how can anyone argue that the Windsor team is shit and stupid. CR scored half the teams goals. The proof is in the results.

Biggest factors for this team are if a) coaches choose right players who should be in aaa and b) if the parents actually keep their nose out of it this year, this would be a decent team who would compete with the EMC and the SC's of the world if mom and dad would just keep their lips zipped. I can tell you this, the games between Lambton and Chatham are no comparison. Almost all the kids that are on the Chatham roster played in the games between the two teams. There's atleast 10 or more kids on the lambton roster that never played in either game between the teams. I've seen the Lambton squad and they are much improved this season. Elgin - this is a one pony line team....after this they are equal to all others. They can only play so many shifts and games in a season before being exhausted by playoffs. Have made some changes but for the better part the team has stayed intact and should after always being at the top of the league.

Sun County - this is another top team in the league...yeah big and fast but guess what, other teams have caught up and are just as big and fast as the panthers now...this isn't peewee anymore and teams have definately caught up this season. Not to mention you have lost a top player on your team. This is another one line deep team.

London Gold - this team has been a disappointment over the years and keep falling in the playoffs, even with some changes this season DW is still pulling the strings behind the glass and this team will be just the same as in past seasons especially with this guy having a say!!! Gold will underachieve again come playoffs.

Windsor - lots of new players on the team but speed and execution are a different thing...not to mention they won't be the biggest team in the league either. Still very weak on D and their big additions from Chatham accounted for a combined total of 5 goals last season. Goalies will be a big issue. Windsor is improved team over last season.

Chatham - this team is on a rebuild but in my opinion its not for the better. Losing TF,TC,JD, and G boys will not help this team. They have picked up players who are cast offs from both london teams and lambton team so this really couldn't be in the right direction and throw in the fact that BJ is still not a for sure on this team will really hurt. This team will fall to the basement of the division in my opinion.

Lambton - this team is totally revamped. I would have to say its about time as they have always been in the basement. From what i've seen from the sharks tournament they were in and what i've heard about this team they will probably be the most improved team in our division and probably the league. They look bigger, faster and tougher up front, they've overhauled the defence and the goaltending will be the same.

From my POV I would say the standings will be:

1st - Elgin
2nd - Sun County
3rd/4th - Gold
3rd/4th - Lambton
5th - Windsor
6th - Chatham

No improvements on windsor including new coaches will end up in last place. CC is laughing his way onto a jr b bench.

Windsor is weak in AAA also AA and spring blue water sharks team is well we all know. They have not got top players from any other area and no one has moved. So they have got bigger kids in a under performing system. This team would not take much to improve as they have never been good. Be honest how can they be better. Optimism is good but realism lets just say hope you are better than CK and if so you had a great final year. Please inform me what year a AAA or AA team was any good at this or most other age groups. Windsor needs to look at its program from the early years up and figure out what has went wrong.
