Lets look at this return on investment????????

There was a PW playing D in the Allstate- NHLPA Game on the weekend. The kid was not the PW that plays on this squad.

This D man from BC can see the ice, moves/ passes the puck well and doesn't fall down when being checked

The PW here can skate but that's it

I didn't ask for and I don't need your advice to "grow a pair". In the spirit of free unsolicited advice, here is some for you. These are two of the leading texts on defamation used in Canadian Courts:

- Brown on Defamation, Second Edition
- Gatley on Libel and Slander, 11th Edition 1st Supplement now available.

I'll save you the time of reading them. You could go through every page on both texts and you will not find a "grow a pair" defence available to people who defame others. People don't have to take the garbage communicated on this site just because you think they should. In fact, it may be the people who have "grown a pair" who end up doing something about this forum. After Based on what you said, you believe it is "tame" to call people "queers", "aholes", "gaylords", to make racial slurs, and to tell people to "suck their cocks". My guess is not everyone sees those types of statements as "tame". The fact that a mod sees it is "tame" says more about this site than it does about any readers or about society.

Maybe the anonymity of posters (and the mods) will be protection enough. Maybe not. But if someone ends up bringing a lawsuit against you (which is easy to do in Canada), I don't suggest you try to rely on the "grow a pair" defence.

Are you ever out to lunch on JD he has a great shot,Can skate and is a big body pretty sure that's what the scouts are looking for not sure if you watched the LA Kings in the playoff but there was no little guys on that team. As for his dad he just wants the best for his son can't knock him for that, TH has chased a lot of kids out of town and yes he is a big part of why CMH is seeing kids leaving town . How many kids should be in Cambridge AB,NB,LH,TF,MB,JD but left because of guys like TH running the show here in town. Great road hockey player Lol. That's who runs our show what a joke!!!

Come on grinders , only 254 posts. Have you all dropped your balls in the old ladies purse......AGAIN
Or are you all trying to pretend to be civil to one another. Can't see that with those EGOS of some moms and dads
Looking forward to the up upcoming weeks when reality sets in, as it as it has for the past 7-8 years and the love will turn to parent internal turmoil and the fun/ posts will be back to normal

What other garbage "A" / "AA" tournaments did BS register you for?

Congrats on keeping it close with a Kitchener team who were uninspired and non commital thursday night. BIG TROUBLE ahead for this group Best of Luck.

If Kitchener was "uninspired" and non committal" on the first game of the season, I would suggest that the BIG TROUBLE lay ahead for the Rangers
No?

Ok my son is a Hawk and we score 4 goals in 3 games? Doesn't sound like the way we showcase the skaters. This is the way a team plays when the coach's kid is a goalie. Gonna be a long year

Minor midget aaa is not all about showcasing our skaters? There is still games to be won. The coach has to determine what kind of players he has and build a strategy from there. This team is not built to score goals so they have to outwork there opponents. I don't have a kid on the team and I don't think your goalies are that bad.

It's built to have the goalie - little one - endure many shots to showcase is son

CMH can showcase this goalie until they are blue in the face, won't matter. Just shows how this association cares about one kid and not all.

What about our captain leading the way? 2 power plays, 2 giveaways, 2 shorthanded goals from other team? Not good leadership. And oh yes he is getting drafted..... NOT!!!!!

The captain statement isn't far from the truth - to quiet and seems disinterested most days at the rink - BS picked him to keep his dad from pouting even more than he does.

Everyone is being rated, heard there was a Beer League scout at the last game. Wake up people, shut the fuck up and enjoy the last few years of your son playing hockey. If he has real talent it will take care of itself at the Draft. What does putting down kids do except help your own egos?
