Besides, parents don't determine the out come of games, kids on the ice do. As for having the talent in past couple of season, not entirely true; quite a few supposed core players, underachieved. The replacements are far more skilled and motivated. Proof will be in their performance starting with the Titans Tournament.

Real hockey skills and understanding of systems are left to whatever the kids show up with. There has never been and will not be any development in these area's of the game. Unfortunate because there are some kids with some talent but the undisciplined and unproductive play will overshadow any talent.
