they could freeze someone based on documentation that does not represent reality. That is dangerous for Alcor.

There might be a solution. You could set up a trust, but they are expensive. Some trusts are irrevocable. But that takes a lawyer and lots of money. If you have that much money, you are not going to have trouble funding your cryopreservation anyway.
