Try a downtown camera store?

The lenses in both cameras and riflescopes are the same technology, and even Nikon makes both cameras and riflescopes. If you're staying at a hotel, I would ask the concierge desk to call a few camera stores to track down one that also sells scopes, or has a connection to a dedicated scope dealer.
