Is there a need for a WORLD GOVERNMENT?

Given the available farm areas, there is only so much food that can be produced. Limit developments and clear cutting.
..... Nobody should live in famine areas.
..... Population growth should be limited in some countries so that always everybody there will have enough food and clean drinkable water. Punish their clergy who ask for more and more people there and/or who oppose proper birth control and abortions there.
..... There should always be an approximate balance between numbers of people needed for work and numbers of fully qualified people to take these jobs. What to do with "surplus" people?
..... People who are unable to handle their own personal finances properly should never get any money, but they should be treated similarly all of us were treated while we were babies and children who didn't need any, nor have any money, but nevertheless got our needs for free.
