(Reuters) - Israeli defence electronics firm Elbit Systems said on Monday it won a $40 million order from Israel's Ministry of Defence for its Digital Army Programme.
The total value of this phase of the programme is $300 million and the additional orders are due to be received subsequently, Elbit said.
The programme, to be implemented over several years, enables force coordination at all levels, improved operational capabilities and more efficient utilisation of personnel. (Reporting by Tova Cohen; Editing by David Holmes)
