Malaysia donates equipment to Lebanese Army

BEIRUT: Malaysia donated equipment and machinery to the Lebanese Army Friday, during a visit to Malaysia’s UNIFIL contingent by the field commander of the country’s army.

Brig. Ahmad Hassab Allah bin Hajj Nawawi visited Tibnin along with a military delegation, NNA reported Saturday.

He was met by Colonel Mohammad Naziry and other senior officers.

Donating the equipment, Nawawi emphasized the importance of close cooperation between Lebanon and Malaysia.
