I will give my hands up to.Luther Akisawa Wenge. Because of constitution and what is right. I think fighting of constitution is more than Free Education and Free health. Without constitution there will no free education health. Constitution has more value than money
What a gullible person you are! All the while Wenge was "fighting for the constitution" he has been arranging kickbacks of legal fees from various lawyers who did work for the morobe provincial government.
But I'm sure the fact that Wenge is corrupt doesn't bother you a bit, right?
No need for so much unsubtantiated allegations without taking time out to provide the real solid evidence of foul play. such people are people without brains and cant' think and reason for themselves.

I am with you there on this.I actually find that though he seems to be misguided at times,he really does love his people.No-one is 100% perfect and I think the man is surrounded by traitors and it could not be an easy job,with so few dedicated public servants to enforce your plans and ready to instill and perpetuate unsubstantiated claims against you for theeir own miserable reasons.
I have never heard him say it so will still reserve my judgement.
I have even read on this board about the totally untrue claims of Bart P himself receiving kickbacks for legal work done when he was Finance Minister.

The fact that Philemon said that it was common knowledge is probably why he was blamed even though he might not have actually been involved. At least thats what I'm thinking. Kind of like Carol Kidu being blamed because she was part and parcel of the corrupt Somare gov even if she might not have been.
I would ask Bart the next time you see him, then share that information with everyone on pngscape. Being a resource person - a middleman so to speak - would elevate you above the status of mauswara talking head and make you a very valuable asset to this site.

The Esplanade Park which is a recreational block of land(Beach front) was awarded to one of his own politically appointed lands officer and the list goes on, does that paint an impression of a leader you wanted to waste your vote for another 5 solid years?
