Idi Amin was also regarded as a buffoon. He, like Belden Namah, liked to show off his ostentatious wealth while his people suffered. And those who spoke out against him got to feel his wrath. Buffoons with power are dangerous.

Not smart. Just thriving in a society of ignorant fools, same mentality as yours, worshiping thieves, crooks and little dictators, thinking he who's got the biggest loot is worthy of leadership, sadly to their own peril in the long run. He wouldn't have a chance in the developed world.
