Ipatas deserves another 5 years since he's moving the main Engan hospital to his village and everything else he can. Why bother with those other villages and clans, ol i no ples blo em. Let him channel as much of Enga's resources as possible to his own clan and land. Brilliant political strategy! BTW don't any of you start bringing up that corruption word because Peter Ipatas, more than any other PNG pollie, proves to us all that corruption DOES pay.
