Disguested got me wrong here. I am not actually defending corruption here. What I am spelling out is the reality we are experiening so far. That corruption seems to be the norm to grip onto leadership. That's where PNG is heading now. What can you and I who don't like this do about it? Is is just enough to simply post a fews negative comments on the net for others to critize how bad are our leaders are? I don't think so. We have to be constructive. If there is something fishy about a leader, the details should be clearly highlighted through such forum and through the freedom of expression we enjoy. Simply making a cloudly statement that someone is corrupt in baseless. We can't just grap somebody on the street and make him a leader. Leadership has to be earned. It is the quality and the ability to lead people. To influence, challenge, correct, reprimand, and assist people to venture in life. Therefore, regardless of what regative opinion people might have for Don Polye, I was just commenting that he is one of those young potential leaders who have the charism to serve this nation.
