Guys as I have said- and i will continue to say that over and over again- A leader is someone who cares for the people that he or she is leading. If our leaders were caring for us this "basic" things should be in every district

1.Good Roads and mantained
2.Good Hospitals-I am not talking about 10 story building hospital but a decent small hospital with 2 doctors and a 7 nurses and 100 beds.
3.Effective Police work
4.Good schools with good facilities
5.Small Agricultural economy where villagers can get some cash from selling produces

This are basic priorities that can help our poor villagers that we represent as their leaders. If K100 million was budgeted and managed properly those things would have been achieved in each districts in Enga. K100 million is alot of money.

Therefore,all this "politicians" need to get out. vote some "leaders" into parliament.-Don Polye, i still have doubts whether he is a leader.seems to be a politician.
