"young and vibrant leaders" - I laugh whenever I see this term, it is so overused by our copycat brainless population. Another term for "young and vibrant leaders" is "inexperienced and impulsive leaders". Believe me, there are very very bad results that can result from that lot too once they get into power.

We need to analyse the qualifications and characteristics of our intended leaders with the same level of sophistication that is done in other countries. we've got to get out of our struggle with tribalism, cuz we're still chosing leaders mostly on the basis of animalistic tribal instincts, not from a thinking brain.

We reap what we sow and if the postings on this board are any example, we're getting prepared to elect more of the same shiat we've been electing all along.
