Great victory? Women now fill a whopping 2.7% of parliamentary seats

by my maths there are now 111 parliamentary seats, in 38 years women have climbed up to 3 seats out of that 111, which adds up to a grand total of 2.7%. So men still ocupy more than 97% of seats, that's what you'd expect in a communist country such lopsided results.

In any other country that would be a shame and an embarrassment. In PNG it's declared a victory. Go figure!
