Nope, he only set up the infrastructure when he wasn't MP to make sure that he'd get enough votes to become MP.
When he becomes MP, he'll realise that he has a once in a lifetime chance to get rich and you'll suddenly see that electorate development funds aren't accomplishing anything.... because its all going into his pocket.
Five years later the people will be shaking their heads but David Kima, newly minted multimillionaire, thanks to public money, will be laughing all the way to the bank.
Once again, the people of Lufa will be screwed....... like they always are! |
