      Theres hope with good leadership! I do not know the content of the BSA Agreement but I believe the BSA and LBBSA being signed on a condition that it be reviewed every five (5) or seven (7) years.

      I'm not really sure but you see I concern on this because its not only the people of HELA especially the Komo people will benefit from this major project but the whole country will benefit from it through many spin off benefits like employment, contracts etc.

      So its good to think positive that we as a country can seek for more advice to review the agreement when wise and clever leaders are elected into the parliament.
