Yes, we all know Philip Stagg from the photos in the National. Apparently he pulled one corrupt stunt too many as UNITECH Chancellor and got caught. So he went and tried to sack the VC at UNITECH first, only problem was he didn't have the authority. So he made it his authority and when the students got wind of his corrupt action, they not only ran after him, but ran after his vehicle. He tried to ram a UNITECH gate (this was in the National's photo) to escape but failed. The students were coming after him so he climbed over the fence, ripped his trousers, his undies were all hanging out and went down on the other side then ran after a passing vehicle waving money and in fear for his life saying he would pay anything for a ride out of the place he now calls hell.
Apparently he will now be sacked as Chancellor, but probably he stole enough money beforehand to fund his campaign, eh?
This hilarious story about the shame of Phillip Stagg is all over UOG I'm surprised you haven't heard it. Or probably you know the real story of the shameful corruption of Phillip Stagg but are pretending not to?

Ask the University Council members in Moresby one of which told me the whole story. It seems apparent to all within the University Council that Philip Stagg is completely corrupt and has been for years.
Let's get all this out in the newspaper so that Stagg has every chance to court for defamation of the statement that PHILIP STAGG IS TOTALLY CORRUPT. The fact is, he won't take anyone to court because if he did, even more of his sins would come out into the public eye.

Read the Ganaut Namaliu report on PNG tertiary education if you want to see just how bad our universities have become, UNITECH getting especially high ranking as a failure. The report link was given some time back in the first board here on scape. This Chancellor presided over the biggest decline in UNITECH's educational quality in the history of PNG's universities.

Seriosuly, water suply and electricity in David Kimas village or area is funded by donors who are concerned about the environment. This was Bire's down fall.
