Good start Hela and SHP. We can show the rest of the world that we are a proud people and our democracy is alive dispite all the
negative critisims we are bestowed by the rest of the world. proud to be PNG.
Vote all the lunatics like PE and other of hiws cohorts out of this elections. Their minds are already retarding and they will never bring any new ideas to develop our province. It is very shameful and foolsih for Nipa Kutubu to vote in an unproductive and yoyo MP like PE who has been doing nothing all this time. What a slap on the face of Nipa-Kutubu intellectuals. Simply vote him out during this elections please>
Pesab Jeffrey Komal to be declared the Winner of Nipa Kutubu Electorate seat
June 25 2012, 12:05 PM
Based on concrete accounts recieved from phone call, there is an overwhelming evidence based on preliminary voting whispers that Pesab Jeffrey Komal, the PNC candidate, will be declared the eventual winner. He is highly likely to dethrone Philemon Embel.
It doesn't matter whether Jeffery Komal wins or others win, Nipa-Kutubu must remove that unstable and puppet MP. He has been preying on the development funds and peoples money for the electorate and I beleive we need to change the leadership now because the people of Nipa-Kutubu has suffered miserably and this unproductive MP can not continue to cling on to the chair which is rightfully belongs to the people of Nipa-Kutubu.
Forget about following hausline or region or whatever, lets vote in leaders who are wise and fear God and also will respect the simple people and bring change into the rural communities.
Enough is enough! Nipa-Kutubu must vote for change.
Any of the candidates most likely to gain power in Nipa Kutubu will most certainly steal money the same way as the last mob. Nothing will change as long as we keep voting more fake God fearing leaders to replace the last fake God fearing leaders.

So then what kind of leaders can the people vote into parliament to represent their interest? You simply implying that all the educated elites of Nipa-Kutubu are thieves and will al decieve the people. That is incredible.
You can differentiate good leaders from the bad leaders so why informing your tribesmen and families to vote the leaders who were there every time both good and bad times in the village, community, district and the province having concern for the people by taking initiative to do what he or she could to help the people, the community to improve their living standards,
If we say it is hard to beleive our aspiring leaders as honest and trusthworthy then I think we have been fooled by blind leaders. And ourselves are long2s who do not know the qualities of good leadership and bad leadership.
We must elect the ones who have been their with people and know how to change the lives of the people. Not the ones who just pop up during the eve of elections and claim themselves as leaders.
This seasonal candidates are unpredicatable and they were never seen in the past five years while the people were suffering for government services. Just forget about those kinds of to be leaders. The are opportunists and do not know the challenges of the communities.
Then you can identify the true leaders and the giaman leaders who are coming up with huge amount of money to lure votes.
If they give the money well its up to you to decide whether to get it not to but do not waste your precious votes to the fools.

Everyone is born a leader, no doubt. I see no problem with anyone except their forever shifting mindsets. If a simple or business lady or gentleman get into power, the power is so strong that it erases the good thoughts they had. Just like you and me on this forum, we think that we can make a change for our electorate but still when we get into power this virus will continue to trickle down our back. We should not be blaming anyone for that, it is just natural, it is up to us as individuals to make it happen. Try your best to keep that good plans in our minds. Lets find out aobut that virus that developes into corruption, greed, etc and build an immune system to combart corruption. Until then, good luck.

Yu tok tru. It is an old saying that "power corrupts absolutely". The only people who resist the corruption temptation that power brings are those who don't act fancy even after they get great power (always live grassroots style), don't place very much value on money or having money, and are well aware of the dangers of power BEFORE they get into a position of power.

Sometimes it is good to have the mentality of contentness. If we get someone who has enough on his plate, i think he will manage the bigger grop's interests. he/she wont be tempted to pocket some since they dont need it. Only when you dont have something, you would want it. If you have it you wouldnt want it, and pass it along.
