      I would second that, Steven. She has helped me so much, as well as others I know.

      I would recommend her in a heartbeat, and will continue to have her cut in my hair, as I have found her work to be not only excellent, but consistently flawless.

      MCat45, you should consider giving her another chance, my friend.
