Hair Add from Eric's Factory

I ordered two pieces from Eric and sent a new piece from another supplier
that was too thin in density on the perimeter and the top area...and also
as a template for the new ones. The factory finished the one that needed the
hair add first, so Eric sent it to me separately (with no additional mailing charges).
I received it today and all I can say is they did exactly what I wanted done
to it and their ventilation is amazing. I would not change a thing..color match
perfect..density added is just what I asked for them to do. I saved a new unusable
piece for $85.00 and could not have asked for any better quality.

My new ones will be finished shortly and if this one is any indication of their
quality in workmanship, the new pieces will be the best I have ever received from
any supplier...and that includes Farrell from 10 years ago when they actually made
decent units. Also from other top end suppliers too.

Just wanted to share and express my experience with Northwest Lace and a special
thank you to Eric and his terrific customer service.

Would they do such work on a couple of my lace pieces, Eric? An area of 3 x 3 inches is looking sparse, the hair is Indian processed, the mono and French net bases are intact and perfect.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for the kind words and I'm thrilled that you are happy with the repair to your piece.

Hi Chesca,

Yes I can have repairs done to any piece regardless of where it is from, feel free to email me and let me know what you need done. They do charge extra for long hair lengths like they do on new pieces, but we can go over that through email.

Thanks,
Eric

That's good to know so I'll email you - these 3 year old pieces have been cut down to about 6 - 7 inches, very lightly wavy. I'll also pass this info into my other group for their info.
Best wishes
Chesca
