Where oh where can I get a cut-in?

Quite possibly the biggest dilemma for any wearer. Hopefully this will help you get a stylist to say yes. Before you start calling around I suggest you find a good cut-in video on the internet and save the link. Don’t be scared to ask for an email address so you can send the link to a stylist. Always ask for the owner or the lead stylist as they usually have a lot more time behind the chair. As you call around Give your name, get their name and use it. If possible, avoid asking “will you cut in a hair system” as it’s easy to just say no. Instead, tell them you need a hair system cut in. When they tell you “I’ve never done that” or ask “how do you do it” tell them it’s just basic blending and offer to send them the link to the video. When they watch it they will see it’s simple blending and a haircut. Call them back the following day and if they had a chance to watch it, ask when they can get you in. AVOID talking about knots, one hair tied at a time and especially the cost of the unit…you’ll only scare them into a no.

I hope this works for you!

Very good advice on how to approach things when calling around, thank you for posting this Jeff...and it's very sound advice coming from an actual stylist.

I know I've posted it before, but if you just go to yellowpages.com and type "Hair Replacement" into the business box and then your city and state into the next box it will come up with the places in your area. The descriptions alone will help you eliminate some of them from even making a phone call. I've done this for quite a few people now and it seems to work very well.
