LOL , well I wasn't talking state taxes

But I understand. I was talking federal taxes. I don't mess with talking state taxes on a public forum since every state is different.

But even with federal, technically a private school doesn't count. Every other kind of schooling or after school class does but not private school. Only in the preschool arena it does but it has to be listed ( only if audited) as required for parents to work.

BTW: I got audited this year. I made over the "red flag" amount as self employed. The feds and state decided I paid too much and didn't claim enough deductions so they gave me more back. I didn't argue with them on that. LOL
