why in gods green earth would you prevent someone from going west or east to play lacrosse???
preventing some people from seeing and possibly living in a different part of this great country.
for most, it will be the only chance they get to see the east or west.
it will never holdup under the "charter of rights".
i think you know that.
someone will be challenging it shortly
hope you don't get stuck with the bill.
