With 25 seconds left in the game, Matt Savoie and Chet Koneczny took off their helmets and gloves and touched knucles. Was it a fight or a dance? More of a dance. Both received 5 mins for fighting.
Notes (The way I saw it):
Talked to Senior B Commissioner Sharon McKeachnie on her views of the game. A good exciting game with end to end action. It was a competative game and the final score did not reflect the action on the floor.
My thoughts were Owen Sound could not put the ball in the net and could not convert their poweplays. Went 2 for 9.
On the other side Rick McCulloch made some keys on Owen Sound breakaways and on their powerplays.
Oh yes, my spouse is happy as she has $105.00 to spend.
