A total of 25 Macedonian products and companies received acknowledgements by the international organization Superbrands. Thus the pharmaceutical company Alkaloid, the products Bekutan and Kafetin, Vitaminka from Prilep, K-15 Skopski Pazar and others have become the new Macedonian superbrands for 2009.
This is the first time this international organization identified leading brands in Macedonia.
Macedonias superbrands were chosen by a professional council that consisted of sixty representatives from marketing agencies, the media, academic experts and companies. Four criteria were assessed: responsibility, quality, distinction and the emotional component.
