Even in death, the Macedonians are not permitted to tell the truth. On a tombstone the following was written:
Angelopoulos, Alek 1909-1970 Born Sfika, Florina, Greece. It is not possible he was born in 1909 in Sfika. In
1909 Sfika was called by its proper Macedonian name, which was Besfina. The Greek government did not
change Besfina into its Greek name until 1926. When this man was born, he was born in Macedonia, in a
Macedonian village called Besfina, to Macedonian parents. Why then is a lie printed on his tombstone? Not only is
his name wrong, it should be Angelev or Angelevski, but his place of birth should read Besfina, Lerin, Macedonia!
Greece occupied Aegean Macedonia in 1913. Greece did not exist in Aegean Macedonia at the time of this
person's birth. Even in Canada these lies persist.
When will the Greeks give up these idiotic lies. The truth is known.
