In 1994 there was a census in the Republic of Macedonia. In the census
one of the questions asked was what nationality you are. There was a
list of nationalities and you marked the correct one pertaining to
yourself. There was 22.9% Albanian population counted. This was done in
front of the European Union representatives. In Albania, Greece and
Bulgaria there is no question in their census as to what nationality you
are. In these three countries you are automatically Albanian, Greek or
Bulgarian. There is no other choice.
Where were the figures obtained now that show the Albanian population as
33%? I am asking this question of CNN, Reuters and Associated Press.
They are spreading misinformation throughout the world.
