I was recently in the market for a PCP (my first one ever actually) and here is what I bought. I decided to go with a DayState Huntsman MKII Magnum. This is the 50 foot pound monster I will use for my hunting. I currently am shooting Kodiaks at 970 fps which when weighed average 21.4gr each. All in all this genetates almost 45 foot pounds. I haven't turned the power up yet and after my recent weekend of shooting Nutria ranging from 4lbs to 15lbs I don't see much reason to turn it up................YET! This gun is awesome in accuracy/power and capable of more than I can through at it. I am a good shot and taking Starlings out at 50-75 yards free hand with it reminds me of just how acurate it is! I urge you all to look at this gun as the ultimate hunting pellet gun which combines both beauty and the beast in one package!
