1. Is it hard to find housing if I bring two small dogs? What might that housing cost?

Several people have brought thier animals ... so I don't really see a problem there. You will not be allowed to let your dogs "range", but should not pose a problem. I should mention that the closest vet is on St. Martin. Price depends on size and location. You can get a one bedroom (small) as low as $500. All the properties include furniture, kitchen appliances, forks, knives, that sort of thing.

2. How do the loans work out as far as Stafford and some other form. How much a semester if max all possible loans out (the other is Terri??)?

Can't answer this one.

3. ANy decent clinical sites (approved) in Michigan where I could finish all my clinicals (to be near spouse/home)?

I'm doing mine in Louisiana and you can do everything here.

4. How are calls made on island? AUC everyone uses cell phones and call back service...must we just use reg INT. calling from a land line at SABA? How much is the cost of this? Are lines in most apts?

Phone calls are expensive to make (monopoly and not run very well). For a land line, you must put down a $500 USD deposit ... you get it back at the end, despite what I've seen others write. You can use call back and the school will help you set it up when you get down there. We used the internet (email) for most of our communication. Rarely called home.

I would recommend visting both schools ... I'd put MUA on your list too. Talk to the students there now ... most importantly make your decision based on where you think you can live for 2 years. I liked Saba, but several people found it hard to deal with the isolation (especially spouses).

Good luck.
