Mr. Guy, (not to be glib but) you have been on this forum for quite sometime now. One would think your research should be complete in these many years. Who are you?
I don't think it is any big secrete ... the rotations are in Houma, La. Yes, you can do cores and electives here without needing to move around. Some people choose to move to get more exposure at different hospitals. Some choose to do it all here.
I like it here. The hospital staff could not be nicer and more accomodating! I have had a similarly good experience with the clincal medicine staff at Saba.
